BIO:

David Breuer -Weil est né à Londres en 1965 et vit dans le nord de Londres. Son travail explore souvent les idées sur l'humanité, sur l'histoire et sur l'existence. Breuer -Weil a d'abord étudié à l'école Centrale Saint Martins of Art avant d’apprendre l'anglais au Clare College , Université de Cambridge .

Décrit par le critique d'art John Russell Taylor comme ayant un talent colossal, Breuer -Weil a exécuté une série de peintures monumentales symbolique des épreuves et des tribulations de la vie moderne , connu sous le nom de «Projects» . L’exposition « Project 1 » a eu lieu en 2001 à la Roundhouse de Camden. L’exposition « Project 2 » a eu lieu au Bargehouse , Oxo Tower en 2003 et l’exposition « Project 3 » a ensuite été réalisée conjointement avec la Galerie Ben Uri en 2007 . Sa récente exposition «Project 4 » a reçu de nombreuses félicitations.

" Il est difficile de penser à une série de peintures contemporaines à Londres plus ambitieuses que le projet de Breuer -Weil » (The Times ) .

Ses bronzes monumentaux ont été exposé dans de nombreux lieux prestigieux à Londres ces derniers mois et notamment Alien ( Grosvenor Gardens ) , Émergence ( Hanover Square et Portman Square ) , et Visitor  ( Golders Hill Park ) . Ses œuvres ont également figuré à plusieurs reprises dans l'exposition de Sotheby's "Beyond Limits " à Chatsworth House .
